Legal Secretary – Conveyancing We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling telephone calls, preparing client care packs, and guiding new clients through the completion of necessary forms. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our property transaction processes and requires a proactive individual who can support our conveyancers effectively. Day-to-day of the role: Preparing client care packs and guiding new clients through the completion of client care and Property Transactional Forms. Obtaining land registry documents and drafting Contract packs for sale under team supervision. Keeping agents and mortgage brokers updated on case progress. Downloading, saving, and providing Mortgage Offer packs for checking and reporting. Liaising with clients regarding ID verification and monies on account. Submitting search applications and printing and saving search results as instructed by team members. Handling the submission of Land Registry applications to register, updating spreadsheets, and monitoring and responding to requisitions with conveyancer support.
