My client is currently in the process of driving the firm forwards, whilst keeping to the firm’s most important values of delivering a personal service to each client. They are undergoing a significant period of investment in systems and working practices as we look to build for the future. Key Accountabilities Compiling and sending out draft contract papersDrafting AP1’s and TR1’sRequesting searchesDealing with Land Registry and SDLTChasing outstanding enquiriesSending requisition statementsWorking closely with the Fee Earners in the team with the aim of continuing the growth of the work within the DepartmentYou will work on both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages.
