Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities: – Carry out functional and occupational assessments- Design and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches- Lead both group sessions and 1:1 therapeutic interventions- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior OT team members- Collaborate closely with nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and support workers- Support discharge planning and coordinate with external services- Engage in audits, CPD, and service improvement initiatives
