We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent and meaningful lives.
No two days are the same.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals, build confidence and participate fully in their community.,
- Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation and household tasks.
- Support residents to access community activities, appointments and social opportunities.
- Encourage independence, choice, dignity and respect.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all individuals supported.

The Leys is a specialist, person-centred residential care home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, asperger's syndrome and mental health needs.

- We are currently recruiting for both full time and part time positions.
