What You’ll Do:

  • Leading shifts and setting a positive example for the care team
  • Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff
  • Assisting with care planning, documentation, and risk assessments
  • Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met
  • Working closely with nurses and management to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Being a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals

About You:

  • NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Solid understanding of mental health care and recovery approaches
  • Reliable, approachable, and team-focused
  • Proven initiative and confidence in decision‑making
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to our values and high standards of care
