What You’ll Do:
- Leading shifts and setting a positive example for the care team
- Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior staff
- Assisting with care planning, documentation, and risk assessments
- Ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently met
- Working closely with nurses and management to ensure seamless care delivery
- Being a point of contact for residents, families, and professionals
About You:
- NVQ/QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Solid understanding of mental health care and recovery approaches
- Reliable, approachable, and team-focused
- Proven initiative and confidence in decision‑making
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to our values and high standards of care
