Eltisley Manor is a 37‐bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near St‐Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based nursing care.
  • Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
  • Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
  • Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.

Qualifications

  • A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
  • A passion for person‐centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
