At Eltisley Manor, we are more than just a care home — we are a community. Our experienced multidisciplinary team works together to ensure each resident receives tailored support that enhances quality of life, independence, and dignity. We are committed to creating a safe, therapeutic, and empowering environment for our residents and staff alike. Eltisley Manor is a 37‑bed registered psychiatric nursing care home located near St‑Neots town centre (Cambridgeshire). The building is divided into different specialist areas caring for men and women aged 18+ suffering from enduring mental health issues and for those people nearing the end of their rehabilitation towards independent living.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care.
- Support residents with a range of mental health needs, learning disabilities, or complex behaviours.
- Lead shifts, supervise care staff, and contribute to care planning.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for residents and staff.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- A current NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
- A passion for person‑centred care and a strong understanding of mental health or learning disability nursing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
