About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our enthusiastic team near St Neots. If you love keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming — and you want to make a real difference every day — we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Eltisley Manor
🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 16:30
🚗 Requirements: Access to a car & valid driving licence
💰 Salary: £12.85 p/h + Benefits

What You’ll Do
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality cleaning service throughout our home. You’ll be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in line with company policy and national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas to agreed standards
- Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Follow daily task lists & instructions from senior staff
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Report any incidents, faults, or hazards promptly to the Head of Housekeeping or senior manager
- Respect resident dignity & privacy at all times
- Lock and secure areas when required
- Participate in audits & inspections
- Maintain a smart appearance and wear appropriate uniform and footwear
- Complete all mandatory training and attend ongoing development sessions
