The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
If you have inpatient mental health experience in the last 5 years—either informally or having been detained—or have been the main carer for someone who has had an inpatient admission in the last 3 years, we would love to hear from you!
This is an excellent opportunity to draw on your own experiences to make a positive difference in the lives of people using mental health services. This critical role will enable you to support inclusion and co-production within the Hospital Service, as well as serve as a vital link between patients and the clinical and management teams.
You will lead our approach to sharing and valuing lived experience, and support our approach to carer and family involvement. This is a new post—while it comes with clear parameters and expectations, there will be room to shape and develop the role and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
