About The Role

If so, we have the perfect role for you right here at Eltisley Manor. As our Activities Coordinator, you will be at the very heart of daily life at Eltisley Manor. You will plan and deliver a range of activities that keep our residents engaged, entertained, and happy. From afternoon tea in the garden to arts and crafts, gentle exercise classes to seasonal celebrations. You will have the freedom to get creative, try new things, and really make the role your own. No two days will be the same here at Eltisley Manor, that's what makes this job role special and unique.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Encourage resident participation to promote social inclusion, cognitive stimulation, and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with the care and clinical teams to ensure activities align with individual therapeutic goals
- Foster relationships with residents, families, and the wider community to enhance the programme
- Organise special events, themed days, community visits (where appropriate), and seasonal celebrations
- Maintain accurate records of activity participation and outcomes for care planning and quality monitoring
- Support a positive, respectful, and homely environment within the care setting
