La Nouvelle Garde in London is recruiting a Breakfast Sous Chef to own the morning operation for Brasserie Olivia. You will work closely with the Head Chef to launch and run the new French breakfast offer, ensuring prep, service, stock and costs are managed efficiently.
You will be the first chef in the restaurant each morning (5:30am start), leading a growing team, upholding high food safety standards and delivering a consistently excellent breakfast experience.
