Role Description
In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes. You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well‑being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and report on residents’ health and well‑being to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.

Skills and Experience
