Healthcare Assistants and Care Workers needed for immediate starts! We have an urgent requirement for temporary care staff for a care home in Wymondham, Norfolk which might lead to permanent positions for the right candidates.

We can provide you flexible shift work and you can start earning money quickly! You'll fulfil shifts in care home, community and NHS settings across Norfolk. Our pay rates start at £10.65, and we will compensate you for travel if you need to leave your local area.

Transport and care experience are an advantage, but we're also willing to take on suitable candidates with no prior experience. You'll receive full induction & ongoing training, and you could be offered the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

Requirements

No Care & Support or Healthcare Experience? No Problem! Experience in healthcare and care & support settings is an advantage for this role, but we are willing to consider people without experience who can demonstrate the right aptitude. People from retail, childcare, hospitality and other public facing roles often make a good fit!

You'll ideally have your own transport since you'll need to get to places outside your immediate area when necessary, but it is possible to use public transport at times. All our staff complete training to the care certificate standards as set out by skills for care and the health and social care act - health and social care qualifications are of benefit, but full training will be provided.

Benefits

Our rates of pay range from £10.65 up to £13.50 at weekends. You'll get 25p per mile once you need to travel more than 5 miles from home to work.
