Support Workers needed for immediate starts in the Lowestoft area!
We can provide you flexible shift work in and close to Lowestoft, and you can start earning money quickly! You'll fulfil shifts in supported living, community and care home settings.
Our pay rates start at £10.50, and we will compensate you for travel if you need to leave your local area.
Transport and support work experience are an advantage, but we're also willing to take on suitable candidates with similar healthcare experience in some circumstances.
You'll receive full induction & ongoing training, and you could be offered the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.
RequirementsSupport Work Experience or Healthcare Experience Preferred. Experience in mental health & learning disability support work settings is an advantage for this role, but we are willing to consider people with similar experience within healthcare who can demonstrate the right aptitude. People from elderly care or healthcare assistant roles often make a good fit!
You'll ideally have your own transport since you'll need to get to places outside your immediate area when necessary, but it is possible to use public transport at times.
All our staff complete training to the care certificate standards as set out by skills for care and the health and social care act - health and social care qualifications are of benefit, but full training will be provided.
BenefitsGreat Rates of Pay for Agency Support Work in Lowestoft. Our rates of pay range from £10.50 up to £13.50 at weekends. You'll get 25p per mile once you need to travel more than 5 miles from home to work.
