Nouveau Care, a trusted staffing agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support care homes, nursing homes, and similar settings across Downham Market, Norfolk, UK. In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes. You will provide high‑quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well‑being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
