Role Description
In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes.
You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- β Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- β Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
- β Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
- β Provide companionship and emotional support.
- β Monitor and report on residentsβ health and well-being to nursing staff.
- β Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
- β Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.
Skills And Experience
- β Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting is desirable.
- β Minimum Of 6-12 Months Care Experience.
- β NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage.
- β Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- β Ability to work flexibly in a team-oriented environment.
