Role Description

In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic care team fulfilling temporary staffing needs for care homes and nursing homes.

You will provide high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for vulnerable adults, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • – Support mobility needs, using equipment safely as required.
  • – Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
  • – Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • – Monitor and report on residents’ health and well-being to nursing staff.
  • – Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
  • – Work collaboratively with nursing teams, residents, and families to deliver high standards of care.

Skills And Experience

  • – Previous experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar setting is desirable.
  • – Minimum Of 6-12 Months Care Experience.
  • – NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • – Ability to work flexibly in a team-oriented environment.
