Nous is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with Greg, the CEO, and the founding team. You will own how Nous runs day to day—the pace, planning and OKRs—and have the authority to cancel or reshape meetings, move people and cut scope during a big push.
You will coordinate across teams, ensuring decisions are made quickly rather than over-engineered processes, and you will help land the hires that matter most for growth while sitting in the management loop.
