£35-40K LIVE IN AVAILABLE NR REIGATE
Our client is looking for an ambitious and energetic Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead the kitchen of a gorgeous country pub near Reigate in the Surrey Hills. This role does not require prior head chef experience; it is ideal for someone (perhaps who has worked as a sous chef) with the drive, vision, and leadership skills to help shape a professional high-end kitchen and make their mark.
The company has the ongoing vision to be on the Estrella top 50, delivering seasonal, ingredient-led British food that is accessible, generous, and rooted in outstanding local produce and seasonality.
Driver required due to the location of the pub.
You’ll be part of an opening team: You’ll join at the very beginning, helping to establish the kitchen culture, systems, and standards that will define the pub.
Learn and grow: You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining invaluable experience running a kitchen to the highest standards.
5/7 day working rota. Live in if required.
