Nourish Recruitment Ltd are partnering with a small group of hotels in West Sussex to recruit a Head Chef for a stunning 39-room Country Inn in Midhurst. You will create high-quality fresh menus to rosette level standards and maintain the property’s renowned reputation as a premier Food Destination.

You will manage a talented team of 7, operate on a 48-hour contract with hours as required, and enjoy 4 weeks plus bank holidays. A possible live-in option is available if relocating.
