Our client, a prestigious private members Golf Club in Ascot, currently has a fantastic opportunity to develop their brigade and recruit a Snr Sous Chef within their team.
Responsibilities:
- As Sous Chef, you will be joining an outstanding quality team.
- You need the ability to work quickly, have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and be a reliable team player.
- You must be committed to delivering results and not be afraid of hard work.
- If you have experience of preparing food with fresh, high-quality local ingredients, then we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years catering experience, with progression through the Snr roles, showing development in equivalent food operations, awareness of Health and Safety / Food safety protocols, and NVQ 3 or equivalent.
