The pub undertook a complete refurbishment during March 2024. The daily changing menu is based on what comes off the farm and inspired by great British classics. The Role
The main responsibility of the Head Chef is to oversee and direct the seamless running of the kitchen, working alongside the Executive Chef and contribute to the ideas and growth of the kitchen.
The Head Chef will have a strong creative team of 5 to supervise and direct the kitchen operation. You will require an exceptional level of cookery and the strength to sβ¦
