The Client
Our client is a successful family-owned pub group since 2008 and has a fantastic reputation throughout the Surrey region. They are currently looking for a senior member of their kitchen team near Cobham.
The Role
As Chef, you should be a real foodie who loves cooking with seasonal fresh produce and being part of a busy service. You will be working with seasonal, fresh produce, creating new dishes and supporting the head chef to develop the team. As Sous Chef, you will be confident and have future ambitions to one day lead your own team.
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £38,000
- £8-9k tips
- £4k in company bonus
