The Client
Our client is a stunning Vegan Restaurant with a real organic and nutritional focus on great food. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time chef to enhance their growing team.
The Restaurant offers a fantastic work-life balance - Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 8-5 and Sunday 9-4, so also closed during the evenings. There are 20-25 covers inside and a popular takeaway side of the business; however, on a busy day, the restaurant is possible to cater for 100+ covers throughout their breakfast, brunch, and lunch daytime opening hours.
Responsibilities
- Producing a consistently high standard of food
- Working across a range of different kitchen sections
- Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene, cleaning, and kitchen safety
- Adhering to current food policy and strategy in the company, including strict allergen information
- Ongoing personal career development
