The Client
Our client, a 2aa rosette awarded restaurant voted best restaurant in south London, is looking for a Supervisor / Chef de Rang passionate about food and exemplary service to join their amazing team of 10! The restaurant has an excellent reputation locally and is 2aa rosette awarded, so the client is looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge in fine dining service levels.
The Role
Offering a good work-life balance, the rota will include 7 shifts a week (1 early, 2 late, 2 double shifts), closed Sunday/Monday. The restaurant is also closed for 2 weeks in August and 2 weeks over Christmas.
