A stunning modern British fine dining restaurant in Leatherhead is seeking a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef.
The Client
Our client is a recognised and awarded culinary gem in the heart of Surrey. Their award-winning restaurant is a celebration of fine dining, where excellence meets local elegance. The traditional pub interior was redesigned to offer warmth while keeping the original character and features for an exquisite dining environment.
The Role
As Chef, you will be joining a talented team. You will work within a full team of 8-9 chefs producing a menu that focuses on the best ingredients that Surrey supplies, changing regularly with the best in season.
Requirements
As CDP, you will have refined culinary skills and will already be working to a rosette level standard. As Sous Chef, you will possess strong leadership skills to a similar ability level.
