The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Conference and Events Manager to run weddings, conferences and events in a stunning hotel in Berkshire. You will need positive energy, excellent communication skills, a passion for service excellence and be of immaculate presentation.

Responsibilities:
As Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager your role will involve the following:
Operating all conferencing, weddings and banqueting on site.
Organising and conducting training in line with brand standards.
Assisting the manager in Leading the conference and banqueting team in delivering a first class service at all events.
The set up and tear down of all event rooms in line with function requirements.
Meeting and greeting clients to build and develop a lasting relationship.

Experience
Excellent maths and English
Hotel / Hospitality background
Team leader experience.
Knowledge of Opera, preferred but not essential
Microsoft office – word, excel, outlook etc.
An Eye for design with high attention to detail
Well organised
