4 Day Week Near Petworth (Driver Required)
Our client is a traditional freehold pub with a fantastic reputation for food and currently has an opportunity to recruit a third permanent chef to join their team of two existing chefs. The objective is to offer high quality food, aiming to apply for rosette status in the next three months.
Currently about 60 covers capacity in one sitting but that can be increased by using a vacant room which is only currently used for events to about 80-90.
This is a fantastic opportunity:
- A beautiful pub and bar area
- Lots of freedom and influence in menu development and all aspects relating to the kitchen
- Four day week Thursday to Sunday plus bank holidays
- 28 days holiday plus pension
