Position Overview
Our Sales Associates are responsible for the efficient operation of the station during their shift, contributing to store profitability and customer satisfaction. We encourage our team members to go above and beyond to deliver top-tier service daily.
Responsibilities
- Work flexible hours as needed and communicate effectively with management about store operations and any issues.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers.
- Prepare and submit shift reports according to company guidelines.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Greet customers warmly and suggest products and specials.
- Ensure the execution of customer service programs at the store level.
Safety & Station Appearance
- Maintain a safe environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage store cleanliness and safety, report incidents, and operate equipment safely.
- Support safety and health programs and report accidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic at an eighth-grade level.
- Ability to validate IDs for tobacco and alcohol sales as required.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and performing physical tasks.
- Remain calm and respond appropriately in emergencies.
- Work in various environments, including outdoors and coolers.
Physical Requirements
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
- Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Access all store areas and perform prolonged standing or sitting.
