We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our luxury event catering operations across London.
Role includes:
- Supporting the head chef with event prep and service.
- Cooking and plating to a high standard for private events.
- Managing prep timelines and kitchen organisation.
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sous chef or strong CDP.
- Confident with high-volume event prep.
- Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure.
- Available for mornings, evenings and weekends.
