Sous Chef – Event Catering (London)

We’re looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support our luxury event catering operations across London.

Role includes:

• Supporting the head chef with event prep and service.
• Cooking and plating to a high standard for private events.
• Managing prep timelines and kitchen organisation.
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sous chef or strong CDP.
• Confident with high-volume event prep.
• Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure.
• Available for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Details:

• Freelance / event-based role.
• Mainly weekend work.
