Head of Technology Partnerships (AWS & Anthropic)

Noumenai is an applied AI group: we build and operate agentic AI systems for finance and enterprise processes — both as products and as delivered engagements for multinational clients.

Everything runs on AWS and frontier models (Anthropic's Claude, natively on Bedrock).

We're hiring our first partnerships lead to turn our two most strategic vendor relationships into a repeatable pipeline engine across both sides of the business.

First 12 months.

  • Own the AWS relationship end-to-end, across both partner tracks: the Services/Consulting Partner path (tiering, Gen AI competency trajectory, co-delivery positioning with AWS Pro Serve and account teams) and the ISV path (Marketplace listing for the software business, ISV Accelerate).
  • Build an ACE co-sell pipeline with AWS field teams in Iberia, Benelux and DACH — sourcing us into enterprise Gen AI opportunities and registering our deals for AWS attach.
  • Secure non-dilutive fuel: credits, POC funding, MDF for joint campaigns and events.
  • Establish Noumenai as a named Anthropic partner in EMEA: program status, early access, co-marketing, reference positioning for agentic finance systems built on Claude.
  • Make partner‑sourced revenue a line on the board pack — both services engagements and product pipeline.

What we're looking for.

  • 7+ years in alliances/partnerships with direct, current, hands‑on ownership of an AWS relationship — ex‑AWS (PDM, ISV/startup BD, Pro Serve partner side) or the AWS alliance owner at an ISV or consulting/SI firm.
  • Fluent in ACE, Marketplace (including professional services and private offers), partner tiering, and funding programs — from muscle memory, not certification.
  • Comfortable spanning two business models: you know a services co‑sell motion (influence, delivery attach) works differently from an ISV motion (transactable listing) and can run both without a playbook handed to you.
  • Founder mentality: builds programs, runs the deals, writes the collateral.
  • Credible in enterprise rooms — you can hold a conversation about agentic architectures, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, and EU data residency without an SA present.

Three things it isn't.

This role is not: reseller channel management, partner marketing execution, or a role with a partner‑ops team behind it.
