We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and skilled Chef De Partie to join us in our Piccadilly location.
Your job role will include but will not be limited to:
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Preparing menu items as per recipe and/or instructions.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively with other Chefs.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Being organised and having high attention to detail in order to deliver an outstanding service to our guests.
- Working without supervision.
- Training and mentoring the new joiner.
- Good time management and prioritising skills.
