Responsibilities:
- Deliver one‑to‑one support and parenting programmes
- Work with partners across health, education & social care
- Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience with children & families
- Experience of working with families of school aged children and teenagers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting the holistic needs of families.
Role locations:
- West Mansfield Family Hub: Ladybrook, Pleasley, Bull Farm and Titchfield & Oakham areas.
- North Mansfield Family Hub: Mansfield Woodhouse and Warsop areas.
- South East Mansfield Family Hub: Ravensdale & Forest Town, Bellamy and Oak Tree areas.
