Elected members are at the heart of Nottinghamshire County Council. You will need to be politically aware, proactive, self-motivated, organised and resilient in order to manage competing demands, professionally and sensitively, in a fast-moving environment. Based within the Conservative Group’s offices, as part of the wider Democratic Services team, you will respect the confidentiality of the Group’s work. An understanding of the Conservative Party’s ethos and policies would be helpful.
