Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? At Nottinghamshire County Council, we support younger adults with varying degrees of complex needs. We are currently recruiting for several positions across our three services in Worksop, Mansfield, and Bingham.
As a Care Worker, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals staying at our services. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, supporting individuals in making choices about their daily activities, and engaging in meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life. Every day is an opportunity to make a difference, with trips and activities that bring joy to those you work with.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide mandatory induction training. What matters most are the right values, behaviour, and attitude towards working with people who need our support.
