An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Business Support Administrator to support the Broxtowe & Rushcliffe Family Support & Safeguarding Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
You will be confident, motivated, enthusiastic and possess the following:
- Proven administrative experience with excellent IT skills, highly competent in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with individuals and teams at all levels.
- A keen understanding of GDPR.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, but also work on own initiative when required.
- The ability to organise meetings and other associated tasks.
- The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- The ability to handle sensitive information.
- The ability to work in a busy office reception and deal with members of the public.
You will be required to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
