Hours 18 hours
Cover for the whole service is 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 9am to midnight.
Shifts will be on a rota basis but Saturday- Wednesday availability is required.
Shift 1 - 9am-2pm, Shift 2 - 1:30-6:30pm, Shift 3 - 6pm- midnight
Salary £30,399 per annum pro rata for part time plus mileage from home to base
Purpose of post
.To act as a critical friend to Nottinghamshire police colleagues, offering their expert opinion on the prioritisation of calls, risk levels identified via risk assessments and responses required for domestic abuse related victims who have made 101 or 999 calls into the force control room. Final decision-making responsibility in relation to any police activity will always remain with Nottinghamshire police.
DA specialists are not expected to have any direct contact with any victim/ survivors in this role
