We\’re looking for engaging and inspiring people to join our team of regional Membership Recruiters working at local venues and events.
The aim of the role is to encourage people to join their local Wildlife Trust and support the vital work they do by way of a monthly direct debit.

What you’ll do

As one of our team of Membership Recruiters you will work at a variety of pre-booked venues and events encouraging others to make a monthly donation by direct debit to support their local Wildlife Trust and the vital work they do to protect nature and wildlife in the community.

What we offer

Pay

Fantastic earning potential with uncapped commission! Our top performers are regularly earning in excess of £40.00 p/hr! With average earnings of £17.00 p/hr (£32,000 FTE).

In addition to uncapped commission, you will enjoy a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £15.00 during the first 60 days of employment, and £12.50 p/hr minimum safety net rate thereafter.

Contract

We provide permanent, part-time contracts to fit around your busy lifestyle! You will work three days a at an assortment of venues and events, pre-booked by our friendly, in-house, Venue Coordination Team. Get ready to work on weekends and bank holidays when the crowds are at their peak! This is your chance to boost your earning potential while also helping to grow memberships for our local Wildlife Trusts.

Training

Full training and support is provided from day one! Our initial induction training is held weekly and comprises of four days paid training at our head office and in the field.

Who you are

  • You hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car/van (transportation of equipment and materials is essential)
  • You are able to work regular weekend days & bank holidays (these are the peak times for sign-ups!)
  • You are warm, friendly and have the ability to engage with all types of people
  • You have excellent communication skills including spoken and written English
  • You enjoy working in the field rather than sitting behind a desk and are not afraid to work outside in all weathers!
  • You are comfortable working to realistic targets / KPI’s
  • You love nature and want to help protect our precious wildlife and wild spaces for future generations
