The Role: You’ll join our growing litigation team, supporting on a varied and interesting caseload across:
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Property and landlord & tenant matters
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Employment and professional negligence claims
- Boundary and neighbour disputes
- Contentious probate and general civil litigation
You’ll gain hands‑on experience while working closely with experienced solicitors in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting fee earners with managing litigation files
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing bundles and court documents
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Supporting negotiations and case progression
