We have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our New Build team, based at our offices in Mansfield. We’re looking for a Legal Advisor to join our specialist New Build Team, working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment focused on new build purchases. Supported by dedicated Executives who manage the day‑to‑day progression of matters, you’ll have the time and space to focus on the legal detail and technical aspects of each transaction – creating the right structure for strong performance and genuine job satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who is a:
- Legal Advisor, Licensed Conveyancer, Paralegal or Solicitor with 2–3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Ideally experienced in New Build transactions
- Confident working to tight exchange deadlines and managing a proactive caseload
- Excellent communicator with strong client care skills and a collaborative team approach
- Organised, detail‑focused and able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment
