Description
This is a wonderful opportunity to join our Wills and Probate / Private Client team in Ripley. Working on a range of private client work including wills, LPAs, probate and Court of Protection applications, you will be responsible for providing professional legal advice and support to clients. This will include undertaking client meetings, drafting, updating and producing wills and LPAs, inspecting properties and undertaking research.
5-10 years PQE in private client and professional will and LPA writing experience is essential. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work quickly and accurately and have high level IT skills. The ability to work to deadlines, meet targets, manage your own workload and have a caring and empathetic approach is also essential.
