Join Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service as a CAD Operator and play a vital role in supporting firefighter safety with your technical expertise. Your work will directly support operational fire crews, ensuring they have the vital information needed for safety and efficiency during incidents. Key Responsibilities
- Create CAD plans with necessary risk information and upload plans to ensure availability to operational crews
- Produce annotated CAD plans as part of legal documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure information security
- Provide technical guidance to support personnel on the use of CAD software
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
- GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Mathematics
