Our volunteers play a vital role in making cricket welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. From supporting beginner-friendly sessions and community events to celebrating heritage and creating safe spaces for women and young people, volunteers help build confidence, connection, and opportunity through cricket. No prior cricket experience is required just enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for community engagement.
Volunteers will support session delivery, welcome participants, assist with events, and help strengthen links between cricket and local communities. By volunteering, you’ll help break down barriers to participation, celebrate cultural diversity, and inspire a lasting love of the game.
Role Purpose:To support trust-building, listening, and celebration of Black cricket heritage through culturally meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome attendees and support inclusive, respectful spaces
