Strategic Business Partner , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Council's Property Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plans.

You will be the go-to person for Members and departments on property development matters, ensuring we have the right property in the right place.

In this exciting role, you will

  • Support Strategic Planning: Lead the development and delivery of the Council's Property Strategy.
  • Optimise Asset Use: Ensure optimal use of Council land and property assets to meet our goals.
  • Collaborate with Services: Work closely with outward-facing service areas to understand and fulfil their property needs.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Be the first contact point for Members and departments regarding property development.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with the wider property and Corporate Landlord team on operational estate matters and projects.

To excel in this role, you should have

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of property management and strategic planning.
  • Experience in working with local government or public sector organisations.
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret property data effectively.
