We are looking for a Commercial and Client Engagement Assistant to join our dynamic Transport & Travel Services Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and customer support. You will ensure the smooth processing of home-to-school transport applications, travel requests, invoices, and customer inquiries. Your efforts will help us deliver compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused transport services.
As a Commercial and Client Engagement Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Applications: Accurately handle home-to-school transport applications and travel requests.
- Managing Invoices: Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Transport & Travel Services Team to support service delivery.
- Compliance Assurance: Help maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A good standard of education, including English Language and Maths GCSE or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
