Training and Development Officer
Salary: £30,024 - £33,699 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)
Work Base: Oak House, Linby, NG15 8LG; Hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Dynamic Strategies: Create and implement training strategies that align with operational priorities.
- Identifying Learning Needs: Assess the training needs of new and existing staff to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Delivering Engaging Training: Design and facilitate high‑quality training sessions that inspire and motivate.
- Supporting Career Pathways: Assist in developing clear career pathways to enhance staff retention and satisfaction.
- Promoting Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing development within the Customer Service Centre.
To thrive in this role you should possess:
- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Knowledge of workforce development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Nottinghamshire County Council's policies and procedures.
- Strong ICT literacy to manage training resources effectively.
