This new role Support Service Team Manager is a chance to help evolve the infrastructure of our Specialist SEND Service as we move into a new operating model with the people who use it and the teams who deliver it. Managing the Service organisers and working as part of the Specialist SEND Service Leadership team to ensure straightforward standards, mapped journeys and processes. You’ll help the infrastructure to operate across the EHC journey smoothly and consistently, modelling “what good looks like,” making the most of our digital tools (EHC Hub/Mosaic) so information flows cleanly, and create simple learning loops so improvements are continuously made. This role’s success is built on collaboration and hands‑on service developments that support timeliness, clarity and a positive experience for everyone.
