Are you ready to take your legal career to the next level? As a Solicitor (Property), you will provide essential legal advice and representation on property matters. You will support major commercial projects and ensure that our customers receive the best legal guidance possible. In This Role, You Will

• Provide legal advice and guidance on various property matters.
• Represent Nottinghamshire County Council in legal proceedings.
• Support major commercial projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings to advise on legal issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in law and practice relevant to property work.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

• A law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Legal knowledge in property law and related areas.
• An understanding of local authority governance and statutory frameworks.
• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
