We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEND Partnerships Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic partnerships across the Local Area Partnership aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role involves working across Children\’s Services, education providers, health services, Parent Carer Forum and other key partners to ensure a coordinated, data-led, and outcomes-focused approach to SEND provision with a focus on co-production. You will build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including the Department for Education (DfE), Ofsted, and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and lead transformational change initiatives within the SEND partnership to drive service improvement and better outcomes for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity created through our SEND improvement journey and our aspiration to have a whole system approach that focuses on the experiences of our children, young people with SEND and their parents and carers. You will manage a team of Advanced Practitioners to lead on quality assurance, workforce development and strengthening relationships across the Local Area Partnership with a clear focus on outcomes and continuous improvement in the context of the Ofsted Framework.
