Position Details

  • Location: Primarily based in Ollerton, with some home working and regular days at Middleton Court stores in Bilborough

About The Role

You will play a key role in supporting equipment prescribers across Health and Social Care in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice, guidance and problem-solving around community equipment and minor adaptations
  • Collaborating with professionals across sectors to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred solutions
  • Supporting clinical decision‑making with sound reasoning and practical insight
  • Providing training to prescribers

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in managing challenging situations and achieving positive outcomes
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Solid clinical reasoning and experience of using specialist equipment in children’s therapy
  • Awareness of the real‑world challenges faced in clinical practice
  • Competence in, or willingness to develop skills in, standard office IT systems (e.g. Webelms and Excel)
