Overview
Nottinghamshire County Council\’s Property Commissioning Team is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Property Commissioning Officer to join our dedicated team.
In this vital role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of services, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality property projects. This could include working on programmes delivering new school and council buildings, maintenance and repair of the existing estate or the expansion and improvement of councils service delivery buildings. You will work with operational and strategic teams to define the brief and scope of required projects and work closely with the Councils property partner, Arc Partnership, to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Deliver property projects across varying scale and complexity, from strategic definition to handover, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality property projects, including new school and council buildings, maintenance and repair of the existing estate, and expansion/improvement of council service delivery buildings.
- Work with operational and strategic teams to define the brief and scope of required projects.
- Work closely with Arc Partnership to ensure successful delivery.
You will be educated to degree level or have significant relevant experience and able to demonstrate experience of successful delivery of property projects at all stages, from strategic definition to handover, across projects of varying scale and complexity. The role is within the Property Commissioning team. You will work to a high professional standard, taking a dynamic role in managing risk and health & safety.

- Degree level education or significant relevant experience.
- Proven track record in delivering property projects from definition to handover.
- Ability to manage risk and health & safety to a high professional standard.
